Organismul de certificare (OC TIP) vă informează că lista standardelor armonizate Moldovenești pentru Reglementarea Tehnică HG807/2015 referitor la Compatibilitatea Electromagnetică a fost actualizată.
Lista actualizată a fost aprobată prin Ordinul Ministerului Economiei Nr. 36 din 04.04.2022 și publicată în Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
Conform listei reînnoite, standardul SM SR EN 55024:2013 va fi retras din Monitorul Oficial începând cu 16.09.2022. Aceasta este data încheierii prezumției de conformitate a acestui standard. Ca urmare, conformitatea cu Reglementările Tehnice Radio HG34/2019 și Compatibilității Electromagnetice HG807/2015 obținută anterior utilizând standardul SM SR EN 55024:2013 nu va mai asigura prezumția de conformitate.
OC TIP solicită producătorilor, deținătorii certificatelor de examinare de tip, ce au demonstrat conformitatea produselor cu cerințele esențiale de compatibilitate electromagnetică prin aplicarea standardelor SM SR EN 55024:2013 sau EN 55024:2010 să aplice pentru amendarea acestor certificate și testarea acestor produse pentru cerințele standardului SM EN 55035:2018 sau EN 55035:2017.

Certification Body (OC TIP) informs you that the list of Moldovan harmonized standards for EMC Technical Regulation HG807/2015 has been updated. The updated list was approved by the Order of the Ministry of Economy No. 36 from 04.04.2022 and published in the Official Journal of Republic of Moldova.
According to the updated list the standard SM SR EN 55024-2013 will be withdrawn from Official Journal starting with 16.09.2022. This is the date of the end of presumption of conformity for this standard.
This means that previous compliance to the EMC or Radio technical regulation using SM SR EN 55024: 2013 no longer could provide a presumption of conformity.
We request the manufacturers holding type examination certificates who have demonstrated the conformity of their products with the electromagnetic compatibility requirements by applying the SM SR EN 55024:2013 or EN 55024:2010 standard to apply for the amendment of these certificates and the testing of these products to the requirements of the SM EN 55035:2018 standard or EN 55035:2017.
