The official Meeting of representatives of HCT CO in South Korea and SNMFR

    The official meeting was held on September 14, 2018, between the representatives of the National Radio Frequency Management Service and the HCT CO., LTD South Korea delegation (accredited laboratory for testing, calibration and certification of products with the largest compliance testing records in FCC testing in South Korea.)

   The purpose of this visit was to understand the specific requirements of the Republic of Moldova in the field of conformity assessment of ICT products in order to exchange experience in global regulatory trends and to develop cooperation relations with IP "SNMFR".

    The Agenda of the meeting included discussions between representatives of both parties  regarding the requirements of the RM legislation in the field of product conformity assessment, the evolution of certification systems, accreditation and standardization, the activity of the Product Assessment Department and the Test Laboratory within SNMFR, the applied product conformity standards in Republic of Moldova, as well as those in South Korea and the exchange of information about trends in the field of modern technical regulation.

    This event has added value due to the possibility of assessment of the prospects for the growth of the network of strategic transnational partners of IP "National Service for the Radio Frequencies Management".

    On this occasion, the parties agreed on the need for mutual cooperation in the field of IT products certification and testing and expressed their vision on the preparation of a Memorandum of Understanding to be signed in the near future, with the main objective of developing cooperation relations for the future partnerships.
